The individual manufacturers are happy to answer your questions and provide technical support. All units are new and are current generation models the when you call the manufacturer and provide them with the serial number off of the unit, they are most happy to answer your Post Sale questions.

Shipping and Handling Information:
All items ship within three business days from receipt of order and with cleared payment. If you need your item sooner, please choose one of the express options at checkout. If we are unable to ship your item within three business days, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
Our items drop ship direct from our warehouse. We use BOTH UPS and FED EX and as we provide free ground shipping, we select the carrier based upon which carrier is most economical to your address location.

Return Policy: Item Exchange only. No Refunds.
All products are new and unused in sealed Manufacturer Boxes. All products are tested and in perfect working condition before they are shipped so there should be no problem with the functionality of a product. Upon receipt by buyer, should the item be defective or need warranty repair, the Manufacturer will replace the item. For this reason, there are no refunds, only exchanges.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by email within 2 days from the date of delivery for the product and we will resolve the situation with an exchange. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt for proper credit. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so we will replace or exchange the item. Again, be sure to email us within 2 days of receipt of the item.
Damaged / Defective Products Exchange: An RMA must be obtained for returns to be exchanged. Email us or Call 702-490-5163 to obtain an RMA. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned missing accessories or original packaging will not be accepted. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition or without an RMA will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at our discretion.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for return/exchange items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance on the package is encouraged.
