SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
To get you your package quickly, it's important that when it is labeled we verify the address that you have provided to our Address Verification Service. This is a database maintained by UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. This ensures that there are no accidental typo's (either by you or by us). On the rare occasion a problem arises, you'll be contacted immediately by a Customer Service representative and asked for clarification. We ship your order out as fast and accurately as possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
Chili Fiesta Gourmet makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location. This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to school, or if you're going on vacation and want supplies there when you arrive.
You only need to change the "ship to" address for a particular order. Please remember that your billing address must be exactly as your credit card company has it. Any discrepancy will delay your order. It's that simple.
