Graham Kerr was already well-established in Australia, with awards for his cookbook (originally published there in 1966 as The Graham Kerr Cookbook.
This book has been called "virtually

He states that the process can be broken down into three stages:
Their preparation before cookery.
Their assembly by using a method of cookery.â

Glossy protective dust jacket has a 1" tear on back at spine and a bit of scuffing along the edges.
Graham Kerr took America by storm in 1969 by showing on television that cooking can be easy, economical and fun. He considered cooking itself to be simply a practical method and he distilled his by comparing every possible method he could find in order to produce the most satisfying results â always keeping it as simple as he could.
The name came from his TV series, The Galloping Gourmet. Several other cookbooks have come out since this first one.
