F-244 Valley of Violence/Last Gun At Cabresto FAIR
Last Gun At Cabresto
By Ray Hogan
Cole Rinnegar didn't go in much for town life; he preferred to
stretch his legs in the breeze-swept grass of a cattle range or rest his
eyes on a milling herd of fat beeves.
Cole's older brother, Harvey, was different: he couldn't stay put and
he liked nothing better than to while away his time in cheap saloons,

Valley Of Violence
By Edwin Booth
Monte Bernard could never understand why all his family didn't share
his passion for bloodshed. He taught two of his sons to be killers, but
it always rankled him that the youngest, Benny, never could get up
enough guts to shoot a man in the back.
The Bernards were a Kansas family, until Monte decided to clean out
the local bank. They left in a hurry and didn't stop running until they
pulled into the sleepy cowtown of San Felipe in the Wyoming foothills.
It looked like a place where they could push their weight around and
eventually take over. But a cowpuncher named Clay Nichols had other
ideas. Naturally, Monte took care of him with a slug in the chest.
They left Clay out in the badlands to bleed his life away, and that
was Motne's biggest mistake. Because Clay came back, with the names of
his would-be killers engraved upon every cartridge in his colt!
Clean, bright copy with heavy crinkling and corner wear. Big defect:
someone scrawled a big "X" - in ink, yet - across each cover. Pages are
tan, just beginning to darken at each end. Binding is tight and square.
