If the item is not as described or if you are not satisfied with it's condition, please contact us for a refund. We will refund the purchase price within one day once you return the item to us in the same condition as we had it listed. Buyer pays return shipping.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, please report it to us immediately. We will reimburse you the full cost or replace the item. However, to file a claim with the shipper, you agree to keep all packing materials and box for a 5 day period and provide us with a phone number (required for claims).
