I try to be as honest as I can when describing an item but sometimes I may miss something or an item may get lost or damaged if not sold quickly. If I can not deliver the item it will be fully refunded. If an item is not as described I will fully refund when the item is returned to me. I do not give partial refunds, if the item is not as described return it. I do not give considerations if asked. If I wish to give a gift or free shipping to an honest repeat customer then I will. Intimidation does not work with me just makes me mad. Negative remarks do not bother me. Spent 25 years in the ARMY, I'm used to them and realize that you can't make all of the people happy. So feel free to say what you feel. However a lie is not a feeling and if you lie you will not be a repeat customer. If you leave a negative remark please do so in a constructive way to give me some idea of how to improve my descriptions. Calling me names and going off on a tangent is no way to conduct business. And will not garner any favor with me.
