 | Was very unfair about the comment she left me. I shipped her item to her the same way I shipped all the other punches, in a bubble mailer. I have had no complaints that any of the punches have been damaged in shipping. I also sell to many others besides people that buy from my webstore and I haven't had any complaints that their punches have come damaged either. I always recommend insurance which is stated in my auction and that once it leaves my possession I'm not responsible for it. You chose not to pay the couple $'s for this. I felt it was packaged properly. Now you give me a bad rating because U won't take responsiblity for reading and accepting the terms of the auction. I'm a very honest person and have always done what I can to help anyone with a problem on my site that has purchased items from me if I'm at fault. I do not feel this was my fault. The people at the post office are at fault. Sorry that this misfortune happened. KK
