Ex-cavalryman Clint Rodeen was eking out a precarious existence as a
wild horse trapper in the mountainous country of west Montana. His boss
(also his ex-Colonel) had ordered him to do his work in secret, let no
one know where he was or what he was doing.
Despite the precautions, masked raiders appeared twice, scattered
Clint's carefully-collected herd, and threatened his life. When he came
back for a third try, they bypassed him and butchered the Colonel - and
left as tight a fram on Rodeen as any man could ever imagine!
The High Hander
By William O. Turner
Tesno was a troubleshooter; that's why the railroad construction
company had hired him. His job was to make sure no one interfered with
the tunnel they were digging through the frontier mountains.
Tesno knew one thing for certain: if they had called him in, there
must have already been plenty of interference - the kind that didn't
stop at murder!
