to DnL Crafts on eBid.net. Our business opened in Florida in 2004 at
cra-sales.com, you can see we are an established business you can rely
on to ship your items as soon as we receive payment. I joined this site
in Jan 2008 but have not listed anything here since I was selling on

I
specialize in Paper Quilling sometimes known as Paper Filigree which is
the art of creating designs with narrow strips of paper that have been
rolled, shaped and arranged to form designs. Quilling dates back to the
16th century when French and Italian nuns created ornate borders to
embellish religious articles. During the 18th century it was encouraged
as a proper pastime, enjoyed by the upper class only. You can find
examples of quilling in many museums. Many modern day scrapbookers use
quilled items to embellish their work.
In this store you will
find handmade paper filigree crafts, supplies and quilling books for
creation, inspiration and education. You will also find hand painted
glass items and vintage glass along with quite a bit of hand knitted
dolls and such.
I love custom orders so don't hesitate to contact me with your
request. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take two weeks or
more to finish, depending on the size of the order, but I try to create
and get it out the door as soon as possible. Oh yes, my home is
smoke free but for sure not animal free (1 cat, 2 dogs and 1 hubby) but
none have learned to knit or quill paper, yet. Payment:
I prefer PayPal - or Google Checkout they are quick and easy, your
purchase can be mailed as soon payment is received (if addresses match
– see shipping). I also accept checks and money orders, but they must
clear the bank before I will ship your package. If you wish to mail
payment please contact me for address and instructions after checkout.
IF you are bidding on more than one item and wish to have them shipped
together please contact me. I do combine shipping when possible.
Your
payment needs to be received within 3 days of purchase. If payment has
not been received within 3 days of purchase or payment was denied, I
will contact you through WebStore and you will have 3 more days to pay
for your product. On the fourth day, if payment is not made, the item
will be re-listed. All goods remain mine until payment is
received!
FAILURE TO PAY Well let's
just say we do not like failure to pay. Should this occur and we cannot
work it out I will do everything in my power to have you barred from
doing business on WebStore Auctions and the items will be relisted.
This is promise not a threat. You will be given plenty of reminders and
opportunities to pay. I'm a fair person and easy to get along with when
people are fair with me. If you do not intend to pay,
PLEASE don't bid or buy, protect your reputation!
Refunds
There
are no returns or exchanges on my products unless they were damaged in
shipment. If there was any damage through shipping contact me with
proof of shipment damage and I will try to try to replace it with the
materials I have available. If you are unhappy with the quality, etc.
of the product, contact me, and we can work something out. I only
survive if my customers are happy.
Shipping
I will package multiple item purchases when possible and refund
excess postage you may have paid. UNDER $1.00 USD
I keep, OVER $1.00 USD
you get back. Fair enough? INSURANCE FOR YOUR ITEM IS OPTIONAL AND ADDS AN EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGE .

ON THIS SITE.
If the address submitted on the SITE receipt does not match the one
on your PAYMENT receipt, I will not ship until I confirm via email
which address is correct. This will take at least 1 extra day
(sometimes more) to confirm the correct address. I will ship next day
after your payment clears if addresses match.
For issues with address correction Please correct the sites that are wrong.
Now last but not least is:
Feedback I
will leave feedback AFTER your payment has been received, it has
cleared and I have shipped your product. (prompt payment
gets positive feedback) AFTER you have received your
package and are happy with the transaction, I hope to find a positive
feedback from you. If for some reason you are not happy please contact
me and give me a chance to fix any problem before you leave an
unfavorable feedback. I only survive if my customers are happy.
