Up for your consideration is this adorable, intricately detailed, hand carved and hand painted wooden Pinocchio figurine with jointed movable limbs, head, hat, hips, collar, arms, thighs, and more.It’s really quite amazing how many movable parts there are, and how many positions he can be configured into.Experience suggests to me that he was made in Italy, but I cannot say so with certainty.
While he is constructed of wood, of course, he has one screw in his upper thigh and a web of elastic string that make him so unique and versatile.He can be standing, sitting, turning forward, backward, sideways, kicking, and his head and hips twist and turn as well.
He stands 12†tall x 3†wide when measured from shoulder to shoulder x 3†from back to the tip of his long nose.
This will make a wonderful addition to your Disneyana, toy, or wood carving collection.
