We hope that you will never reach a system limit, but if you do, here are some things to try:
In the Members Area->Account Status section you can see an overview of your current Buying status as well as any imposed limits.
As a buyer, the only way to clear commitments (and raise your buy limits) is to pay for unpaid items.
If the seller accepts a direct payment method (ie. PayPal), the fastest way to have your payment recorded in our system is to initiate and complete a payment using one of the direct payment links on Webstore.
If the seller does not accept direct payment methods, after you have paid in a seller approved method, the seller must mark your item PAID in their Members Area Selling section.
Until the seller marks an item PAID, the item will continue to count as a commitment for you as a buyer. After you have made payment, please allow sufficient time for the seller to receive, and mark your item paid.
If a seller hasn't marked your item paid.
- Please be patient.
- Mail may take longer to some parts of the country than others.
- Some sellers may wait for a personal check to clear before marking it paid.
- Sellers are people too, with family and other commitments which may delay their marking your item paid.
- Contact the seller through the Webstore message board (not via email).
- Using the Webstore message board allows a clear record of any contact attempts between buyers and sellers if dispute resolution should ever be required.
- If all else fails, Contact Webstore Customer Support
- Note: Customer Support will check if you have first tried to make contact via the Webstore message board.
