There is no need to contact Webstore Support Staff. We automatically investigate any sellers who receive negative ratings by buyers and take action against those which are suspected of fraud. Unfortunately, there is nothing more that Webstore Support Staff can do to help. Since Webstore.com itself is not involved in listing, collecting money, and/or shipping products, our support staff can only help with issues of how to use the website.
