Item Description

On one side is, "Wester Bros Solinger Germany" as well as an emblem which consists of an anchor, an arrow and on top of those two images, a star. On the second side is "34 De-Fi Reg. U.S. pat. (??)." Unable to make out the last two characters. The Bakelite handles resemble wood grain. There is some rust on the metal and definitely needs polished. If you have a question please ask.
