All above are included in this tiny, book. 175 pages.
Binding and book is original and very, very old. Book has wears and binding in just starting to deteriorate off cover. Pages are intact and all there, in very good readable condition with only tathers to extreme edged. I am not going to guess age.
The binding of is book is a rare seldom seen version.
Mr. Brooks also wrote the Christmas hymn, O Little Town of Bethlehem, which he wrote after riding into Bethlehem on a donkey on Christmas Eve.1900.
This is an absolute find.
