All the watches I'm listing these next few weeks were gotten in a box lot at estate sale. I can't get the back off this watch to see why is not ticking - I don't have the correct tool.
Watch face reads: WESTCLOX and 17 JEWELS. Crystal has surface shatter to it. Dial moves all hands properly.
