Item Description
Retro usable ceramic tile with a metal stand. From the late 1940's to 1950's. Excellent for setting hot dishes on the table.
Black glaze with a decal scene of a pig made out of vegetables resting
against some celery. The tile can be removed from metal rack and both
can be used separately.
Tile is 6" x 6" square and has a cork
backing. 1/4 inch thick. The metal stand in approximately 10 inches
long and 6 1/2 inches wide. It stands 1 3/8 inches tall. Fairly heavy
item.
Sold as is. Used vintage condition. Lots of possibilities!
Condition: Small chips around all edges of the tile. A bit of the cork has come off the back
corners. The metal frame is painted black and the black paint has
chipped in places, a few small rust spots.
