These American Optical glasses are true classics and this one is in good shape, with all the traditional elements:

* Wire rim vintage eyeglasses are ready for prescription lenses or sunglasses.
* The bridge is marked ''AO 1/10 12K GF''
*. The bridge is engraved with a dot and twist pattern, the frame and temples are engraved with alternating rays and diagonals.
* It has the ''pantoscopic'' lens shape (rounded top half and octagon-shape lower half)
* Has engraved fittings, filigree throughout and all gold-filled.
* The nose pads have that nice mother of pearl finish (could really use a cleaning).
