I got this at estate sale in boxed lot:

Back is engraved: CARNEGIE B.L. ALLEN CLASS NUMBER THREE

Middle Back cover is stamped: RACINE CO. (and under is stamped SWISS).

Inside the watch is stamped: NO3364R PATENT BREVIT JULES RACINE & CO. SWISS 7 SEVEN JEWELS UNADJUSTED 923116 JXR.
*
Face reads: GALCO DECIMALS and SWISS. The face has yellowing due to age.
*
There are some surface scratches to the Crystal. Crystal with bezel top measure 2".
