The following listing is for a fabulous vintage silver ring done in a very Modernist or Mod style. The ring is formed with three strands of silver culminating with silver balls varying in size on the ends, with six in total. The ring is signed on the inside. Because of the nature of the three strand design, the impressed signature is very hard to read, although one portion looks similar to the typical overlaid F and D signature of Frederick Davis. Of the rest of the markings, I can only make out the letters MEX. Please use your own judgement on the signature, which I've tried to show in the photos, because I am absolutely not certain that this is a Frederick Davis piece. It is a fabulous and unusual modernistic style ring regardless, and I've based my price on that and that alone. The ring is in very good condition and is approximately a size 7. It is not highly polished, but could be, if that is your preference. I leave that choice to the buyer, as it can't be undone. This was purchased from a privately here in the Berkshires, along with some other jewelry pieces including a turquoise ring, so is totally fresh to the market! Unique and absolutely wonderful ring!
