Vintage circus train themed spinning plunge top from Ohio Art
This tin lithograph top is in terrific condition with only a couple of small dents and some minor paint loss, the bottom of the top of course does have paint loss from spinning – see pictures
Measures approx 5 1/2 inches across in diameter with a red plastic top
