This vintage Ohio Art lithograph cup is from the 1940s Ohio Art set titled “Circus†by Ohio Art artist Elaine Ends Hileman
Very colorful graphics - the inside of the cup is painted blue
The cup measures 1 inch high
The cup shows some light paint wear spots and some light rust spots inside
