VINTAGE HOURGLASS WHISTLE SODA BOTTLE, 1920s

CLEAR VINTAGE 8½” WHISTLE SODA BOTTLE, 1920s. This nice vintage 6½ oz. bottle is approximately 8½” tall, with a bottom diameter of just over 2¼”. Has a nice embossed design and writing, as seen in the pictures. Around the top shoulder it has WHISTLE with 6½ FLD OZS under it on the one side, and WHISTLE with REGISTERED under it on the other side. Around the center of the hour glass it has WHISTLE with PAT NO 70843, 1926 off centered on one side, and WHISTLE with REGISTERED US PAT OFF under it on the other side. There are no markings on the bottom. This is as found, and has just had a quick cleaning & a rinse, I’ll leave the detail cleaning up to you Pros., I see no cracks or chips. SHIPPING FOR U.S. – THERE IS A PACKING & HANDLING FEE INCLUDED IN MY SHIPPING COSTS. This helps with the Paypal fees and keeps me in packing supplies to make sure your items arrive safe. I enter an estimated shipping weight in order to list the item, however, the buyer pays only actual shipping cost, (Parcel Post or Priority for this item in the US), + packing & handling, (which is calculated into the shipping cost already). I list the least expensive shipping on the auction, if you want to request a different shipping option other than the one listed on the auction, please let me know upon winning the item.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL – – FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, is the most inexpensive shipping, which has no insurance option. FCI will be listed when size & weight permits, however if you choose to use it, you will be accountable for loss or damage during shipment. If you want insurance then you will have the options of PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL & EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL, which include insurance coverage, however they are more expensive.

INSURANCE – Your insurance is optional for winnings under $20. If you choose not to insure your item, then loss or damage during shipment is your responsibility, as I have no control after I leave the package at the Post Office. Winnings that sell for over $20 will have the actual insurance amount added to the shipping cost on the invoice, unless buyer sends a request for no insurance via email, therefore accepting responsibility for loss or damage.

COMBINED SHIPPING – Multiple items will be packed together at the completion of the auction, and then weighed to determine shipping cost. Items are packed the night the auction is completed, and invoices are sent that night or the next morning. Packages are mailed within 1 day of payment, unless the Post Office is closed – ie. Sunday or Holiday.

PAYMENT – PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INVOICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. That way I can insure you get the best shipping cost.
