Item Description
Up for bid is this vintage Chateau watch. It comes with a chain to wear it around the neck and a small base stand to set it on. It is decorated in pink and blue flowers with a black background. It has Roman numbers and minute increments on the face. It has hour and minute hands, no second though. It is marked Chateau on the front and also marked Swiss made. It also has a tiny pendulum in it. The chain is app 1' long, gold tone metal, NOT gold and clasp is in good working order, the watch is app 1 1/2" tall and 1" wide, base is 1/2" tall and 1 1/2" long. The back comes off, looks to be in good condition inside, though the watch is NOT running. It is a windup not battery operated. May simply be overwound, not sure. Will need a good cleaning.
