VINTAGE BACH CORONET WITH SELMER/BACH CASE & BACH 7 C MOUTHPIECE. THIS IS A RESTORATION PIECE OR COULD BE PARTED OUT. SERIAL NO. B51451, WHICH ACCORDING TO A FEW WEBSITES I LOOKED AT PUTS THE MANUFACTURE DATE EARLY 1970. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOME BACH SERIAL NUMBERS CAN BE OUT OF SEQUENCE, SO IF SOMEONE HAS BETTER INFORMATION AS TO THE DATE i WOULD WELCOME HEARING IT. THIS PIECE HAS A SEVERE CRIMP, 4 OR 5 INCHES FROM THE TOP OF THE BELL, A FEW DINGS AND WEAR BUT IS RESTORABLE AND IT IS A BACH. JUST THE MOUTHPIECE SELLS FOR AROUND $40.00, SO THIS MIGHT BE A GREAT OPPOURTUNITY FOR SOMEONE, CONSIDERING ITS LOW OPENING BID.
