Vintage Airfix Ho Scale German Infantry Military Toy Solders
Type 1 Set
Lot of 44 1/72 scale Airfix toy solders in 18 different poses (including litter/stretcher bearers) from the early 1960s
Set also includes a wounded soldier on a stretcher and a large anti tank type gun
Airfix is recognized as the
number one HO 1/72 figure manufacturer of the 1960s-1970s. Their figures
were the first to be mass produced and sent around the world. Airfix
was sold in the late 1970s to a conglomeration (CPG CO) then on to
Heller and Humbrol
