Item Description

This auction is for a vintage adjustable pair of EMPIRE Metal roller skates. They both come with the original leather bindings. The leather straps are in fair condition. Only one skate is missing a metal buckle. They do look very old but all in tact, nothing torn. They come with metal wheels wich seem to roll freely. On each of the wheels it is written "DUNNE'S DOUBLE BALL BEARING PAT'D 1931" The wheels are rusty but but work. The metal frames are in good condition with some rust spots. They look like they are a "Clamp-ON" type skate. On both metal frames it reads " EMPIRE, MADE IN CANADA" These skates are very old and the leather bindings have noticable usage. I would however consider it not safe for children. There is no key for these skates. These skates are being sold as is due to it's age.
