SHIPPING OPTIONS: International I do not offer 1st class shipping. I print my labels online to avoid delays. Insurance is not available on flat rate shipping. Insured items will be shipped Priority or Express which is more expensive. E-mail for a quote. I can not mark items as gifts is is against the law & I would like to stay in business. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please Note:The post office now charges for returned packages. That cost will be added to return shipping charges or deducted from a refund.
