U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Era M7 Bayonet/Combat Fighting Knife Manufactured Bauer Ordnance Company "BOC" w/USM8A1 “TWB†Scabbard
The BOC M7 Bayonet is in excellent condition and still has nearly 100% of the black zinc phosphorus coating on both sides of the blade. With the exception of a little scabbard wear the blade is in “near new†condition. The blade is free from damage or defect, has no edge or tip damage. It has never been sharpened, has the original edge and is razor sharp. The hand grips are in excellent shape as are the bayonet clips, hilt and cross guard.
The USM8A1 "TWB." Scabbard also is in great condition as can been seen from the pictures. The serial number “270†has been hand stenciled on the from of the scabbard. The webbing is in great condition and has been well preserved. There are no damages or defects to the webbing, belt clip, throat plate, drag tip or body. The scabbard is nearly flawless! I have provided many pictures so I can properly represent this item.
This item is being sold in its "original condition" and has not been repaired or altered in any way and was purchased directly from the U.S. Government. Made in the U.S.A. not some cheap imitation, this is an authentic piece.
