When you work for a toilet manufacturer, like I did, amazing things tend to show up!
This is a Salesman's Sample - Giveaway from Porcelamex Inc. (Mexico - manufacturers of china plumbing fixtures). The toilet represents one of their products. The ashtray is the bowl, and the tank is open to hold a cigarette pack.
It has never been used in that capacity, and my home is smoke-free.
