First Class shipping to a U.S. address:

APO/FPO (AE,AA,AP) shipping rates are the same as to a U.S. address.
Air Mail shipping for one DVD to a non-U.S. address:
Canada -- $2.75
Mexico -- $4.00
All Other Countries -- $5.25
