Its in good condition although previously owned. Pages are in good condition. The dust jacket must have been up a little high on the book on the shelf so its front bottom edge has a tear and the back top of corner of the dust jacket has another tear. Dust jacket may have some slight front bottom unsmooth small area. OVERALL GOOD USED CONDITION
