Shipping is FREE from Colton, Ca. Shipping is to the driveway. Customer must have crane, forklift or manpower on standby to off load the spa. Driver does not assist in the delivery. Any delivery attempt that is not successful will be charged a re-delivery fee. Optional expedite delivery is $1.25 per mile one way, and driver stays on site to assist in the delivery and installation of the spa. A crane, forklift or manpower will be needed at the time of delivery. Driver does not hook up any electrical at all. All permits and electrical hook ups are the responsibility of the home owner.
