Hello - Thanks for viewing this
listing. I am a long time collector of TV and movie memorabilia
who due to mounting medical bills is
offering a large portion of my hoard to others at liquidation
prices the likes of which you'll not
see anywhere else.
I've been
selling and securely shipping books,
scripts, & films all over the world for
over 30 years so this is not my first time at the mail-order rodeo
as it were. Again,
thanks for looking and check out all the cool stuff I'm offering at
incredible prices.

Here we have a set of seven different scripts
for the aborted 1978
Star Trek revival series that was set in motion by Paramount Studios
and was intended to be the flagship program of a new TV network
to launch in 1978. Sets were under construction, costumes made,
scripts written, roles cast and actors signed, and then the entire
project was halted at the last moment in favor of doing theatrical
release movies (the series 2-hour opening pilot script morphed
into "STAR TREK - THE MOTION PICTURE"). Fascinating reading
of these "could-have-been" Star Trek stories. The scripts in this
group include: .
"Deadlock" written by David Ambrose
"Devil's Due" written by William Douglas Lansford
"Kitumba Part I" written by John Meredyth Lucas
"Kitumba Part II" written John Meredyth Lucas
"The Savage Syndrome" written by Margaret Armen and Alfred Harris
"Tomorrow and the Stars" written by Larry Alexander
"The Child" written by Jaron Summers and Jon Povill .
It's a common practice for a
studio / production company to receive & commission more
scripts to be written than will
be produced. Sometimes a script will have been written but
the series is cancelled before it's filmed. A script may have been put
in motion but the
producers end up feeling the
story wouldn't work out for some reason. A script may be
written and then shelved in
favor of a different storyline. There can be many reasons for
why a script may not make it
before the cameras, but these stories can offer interesting
insight into a show and its
characters in these episodes that "might have been" - these
scripts are like being able to
read an episode of a favorite show you've never seen before.
