Item Description
This is for a very scarce vintage full sealed box
of Royal Tapioca (Chocolate) with the mascot King Royal on the front and
the back. This is pretty much a holy grail of character food packaging
items, especially being full and sealed! I have had this in a poly bag,
and I can tell it is leaking a little from the end flaps, as there is
residue in the poly bag.
Box condition: This has a bump to the lower left corner. The bottom edge
of the face of the box has some darkish discoloration, from the
contents, I presume. There is some dirt to the box overall, but the top
apron of the box is darkened from dirt from storage. The face of the box
has a small divet along the top edge, and there is some wrinkling on
the bottom edge and through the "co" in "Chocolate." There is a tiny bit
of red litho off the bottom apron at the seam where it meets the face.
There is also a small darkish rub on the bottom apron. One end flap (the
left) has the original 16 cent price stamped on it in a circle. This
flap also has a tiny nick on the edge. The other end flap has C4078A
stamped/impressed into it. The back of the box, which also features King
Royal, has some discoloration to it, along with some rubbing, mostly
towards the right hand side. The image of King Royal is still great,
however.
