1) We mail out Wednesdays only. Payment cutoff MIDNIGHT Tuesdays.
(Please note: USPS is now taking up to 30 days for all 1st class mail)
2) Payment due within 3 days. Paypal only.
3) NO mailing outside the continental USA.
4) ALL Buyers must have a Confirmed Address with Paypal.
5) NO COMBINED SHIPPING on Ebooks.
6) We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds/replacements on our items. We go to great lengths to make sure our items and listings are accurate and conditions match. If the item is a CD and it has a technical problem, contact us & we will try to work out the problem with you. If we can't, we will send you a new CD ... FREE.
7) We will NOT REFUND you for items USPS loses and/or damages. Please DO NOT ASK US TO. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for USPS' actions.
8) If you would like TRACKING on your item, please add $1.25 to the Invoice BEFORE paying it. If you would like INSURANCE on your item, please add $1.80 to the Invoice, BEFORE paying it !!
