This is a Green Blue Art Glass Starfish Shaped Bowl,or FLOWER SHAPED LIKE PETALS.........HAS SCALLOPED OR CONTOURED EDGES......... Excellent condition. No chips, no cracks ,or flea bites at all.......it is in perfectly mint condition..............Maker unknown.
