DESCRIPTION:
Excellent condition copy of Gold Key Comics STAR TREK # 49
The story of this Gold Key STAR TREK comic was a sequel to the original STAR TREK episode "Metamorphosis" written by Gene L. Coon. That episode marked the first appearance of the Companion and more importantly the inventor of warp drive, Zefram Cochrane, played by actor Glen Corbett. Cochrane was seen again in the very successful 1996 movie STAR TREK: First Contact.

All pictures are scans or pics of the actual item you will receive. We will do our best to describe any faults especially if they are not visible in the photo such as the back cover of a comic. Our comics are not CGC graded but we feel we've gained enough expertise over the years to give a fair judgement of the over-all condition and that saves you big money from those monstrous CGC prices. You can of course always send them in yourself for future value.
