This listing is for size LARGE. Large fits most teenagers and adults. If you have thick legs, you might need to go with XL.
These
all-purpose shin and instep guards are suitable for mitt drills, bag
work and light sparring. They are much cheaper than high-end shin guards
but are reasonably well-made. They ship brand new and are constructed
of the following materials: 44% nylon, 15% cotton, 21% polyester, 20%
rubber.
Measurements
Shin pad: 11 in.
Instep pad: 6 in.
Total Length: 19 in.
I
personally wear these shin guards during kickboxing class. They are
acceptable for LIGHT contact. I do not know if machine washing is
recommended, but I have been washing them for years and they hold up
well. Wash them in cold water and let them air dry.
