What Is Factory Refurbished?

This warranty does not cover phones that have been damaged by the buyer (dropped, broken, cracked, immersed, etc). The seller will be the sole judge of whether any returned product is eligible for warranty exchange/refund. A Returned Merchandise Autorization is required before any returns can be approved. The buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return shipping.
