ITEM 1.) 7 Nations Radhuspladsen Copenhagen Souvenir Menu as Folding Postcard, circa 1962, "...seven stations on a gastronomic trip thru a dream-land of delicious food and a wealth of wine in Wonderful Copenhagen"; the 7 are Japan, Italy, Mexico, France, Denmark, Britain and the USA; "7 Nationer" in Danish; Menu in Danish and English. Outer cover includes an ad for SAS (Scandinavian Airline System) and credit to the architect, Max Louw.; Back cover designed for use as postcard. Lots of art and photos of the individual dishes and the restaurant (which has 7 dining rooms, one for each nation! (Denmark is represented by the Greenland room!)); also of the Smaa Hjem in Copenhagen and the Hystens Perle (Pearl Coast) in Snekkersten, which appear to be affiliated. Includes wine list with vintages from 1926 to 1961.
