This is a nice first day cover of the SC 942 stamp with a cachet of the State House at De Moines produced by Art Craft. The cover is postmarked in Iowa City Iowa on Aug 3, 1946 and is not addressed. A nice cover. The cover has toning and wrinkles from age and handling.
