Item Description
This is a nice first day cover of the SC 940 stamp with a cachet of the Honorable Discharge Emblem to honor those who served their country. The cover is postmarked in Washington DC on May 9, 1946 and is not addressed. A nice cover. The cover has toning and wrinkles from age and handling and has envelope glue lines on back. Please see the photos below.
