1858/7
(overdate) Flying Eagle Cent die #1 (FS-006). The diagnostic for this
variety is that the eagle has a "broken" right wing as you can clearly
see. There is a dot in the field above the first 8, but you need a good
light source and a good angle to see it. Also, you are unable to see the
"flag" on the right corner above the second 8 since there is a light
mark there. The coin has a nice even brown color with very strong
details. "OF AMERICA" and the eagle's tail on the obverse are weakly struck. Nice eye appeal. Very tough variety to locate, especially at high grades. The picture is the actual item(s) you will receive. All
