MY NAME IS SUSAN HIGH CLOUD AND I AM A TRIBAL MEMBER OF THE WACCAMAW INDIAN PEOPLE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. I HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; PUBLIC LAW 101-644 AND A CERTIFICATE AS A NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIST. A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY IS INCLUDED. I AM NOT VERY SKILLED AT TAKING PICTURES. THE BARRETTE IS SILVER TONE IN COLOR.

HERE I HAVE MADE A CUTE FEATHER BARRETTE. THIS BARRETTE IS ABOUT 12 INCHES LONG. IT HAS SILVER TONE CONCHOS, REAL BLUE LEATHER, ROOSTERTAIL FEATHERS, AND BLACK BEADS. ALL OF THE FEATHERS I USE ARE CLEANSED AND SANITIZED.
