- Amount per serving 450mg cascara sagrada (rhamnus purshiana)(bark) Other ingredients: gelatin and vegetable magnesium stearate.
DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Drink 8 six ounce glasses of water per day. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. Limit use to no more than 2 weeks. Discuss the supplements and medications you take or plan to take with your physician. You never know what will counteract with what and you don't want to find out the hard way.
