Each capsule contains 540 mg of black cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa)(root). Other ingredients are gelatin, silica, and vegetable magnesium stearate. For adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Capsules may also be opened and prepared as a tea. Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women.
