These paper dolls are scanned full size and not reduced to fit an 8 1/2" x 11" paper. The doll and clothes are full size the same as the original. The original box size is 6Â½" x 12". This set comes with 1 doll, 8 outfits & hats (one outfit is missing).This set was designed so a child could sew the clothing for the cardboard doll. This set is scanned from the original cloth clothing and cardboard doll. This set also comes with 8 pages of instructions, all in one PDF file. This is a nice clean scan.

These clothes would be great printed on t-shirt transfers and ironed on fabric to make real cloth clothes for the paper doll, this doll would be more sturdy if it was printed on cardstock and glued to cardboard backing. The clothing needs to be printed on t-shirt transfers or light paper (copy paper or a thinner type of paper) as cardstock is too thick and clothing will not fit the doll right if printed on cardstock. Please remember this set was designed to have a child SEW the clothes for this doll!

These paper dolls come in a single PDF file that can be opened in Adobe Reader (which is a standard program that comes when you buy most computers) You can also download a free version of Adobe Reader online. This is a 19 page download that is in one attachment, you just scroll down to look at all of the pages. This is a great item for kids to do themselves, they can get on the computer, open the file in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat and print it to your home printer. These dolls work best if you print them on cardstock, so that they are less flimsy. They could also be used for collages or lots of other craft projects. You can print this file over and over again! When printing make sure you select "none" instead of "fit to paper" and the dolls will then print out in their original size.

This is great for vintage collectors too, so they can see and print a hard-to-find paper doll.
