This is a previously owned item that was last known to be working properly. The USB RF receiver is not included, but can be found elsewhere online. Support for this product is available from the manufacturer's web site: Pilotboard for Mac #64382. It sells elsewhere online bundled with a wireless mouse for almost $70 plus s/h new.
