This is a set body + head personalized figurine. Simply send us your photos, pick your preferred colors(1. eyes. 2.figurine top and mermaid tail) and we will have the head placed on the figurine. All our personalized Figurines and Bobble-heads are hand-made by our IUBeGifts figurine artists from a non-toxic, composite polymer clay material. Using the photos you send to IUBeGifts we create a comic look-a-like, and we can not assure 100% look-alike due to the handmade artist works. Please only place orders if you feel comfortable with our handmade artist works. Comparison photos vs. figurines can be provided upon request. Note: a). Photos MUST BE clear and in focus. b). Figurine artists make your figurine based on the photos you send. The expressions, smile, hair style and angles of the photos all matter in its design. c). To ensure that your figurine is created in the best likeness, please make sure to provide all photo requirements.

All products from IUBeGifts are personalized and as such can not be returned as they are specially customized for each customer.
Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after the personalized products are made. Our main delivery carrier is Taiwan Post EMS (International Express Mail Service), and you can track the shipment. If your delivery address is outside of Taiwan, expect your package to arrive in 2 – 16 days (excluding production time), depending on the regions and countries(see table below). Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
