All items areshipped within 24-48 hours of your sale except over

Shippingcosts are adjusted by weight. If possible, we are happy to combineshipments. Please wait for a combined invoice.
We usuallyship with DHL from GERMANY. We worktogether with a great fulfillment company in Germany.
Deliveryusually takes between 10-25 business days (mostly faster).
Toour US Customer: Because of strict controls of HomelandSecurity the delivery time currently can take a little bit more time.

We try togive you the best price possible for shipping. If it fits, we
send out all items in an envelope. If you care on the original box ofthe item, please inform us, so that we can give you an adjusted pricefor shipping a parcel.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, we ship the items withoutthe possibility of a tracking number.Shipping with tracking number costs $4.00 additional. Please inform us,if you would like to get the items shipped with a tracking number.
If a packageis returned due to a wrong address provided by the buyer we will chargefor shipping it out a second time.
If a packageis returned due you didn't pick it up at your local postoffice, we will charge for shipping it out a secondtime. We DO NOTREFUND money in this case.
Warranty
Ifyour item arrives damaged, please DO NOT THROW IT AWAY.
We do NOT refund money for uninspected items.
SummerTime:
Based on high temperatures, meltable products (in particular chocolate)might become damaged during the time of transport. A purchase ofchocolate products during the summer months is NOT RECOMMENDED. Doingso, is on your own risk. We DO NOT take ofer warranty / guarantee forsuch damages.
